It’s okay

It’s okay to feel broken
It’s okay to feel bruised
It’s okay to feel lonely
It’s okay to feel used

It’s okay to feel empty
It’s okay to feel low
It’s okay to feel anxious
It’s okay to have ‘a moan’

It’s good to share your feelings
We shouldn’t keep everything in
Talk to someone you trust, pick up a pen, strum your guitar or shout it into the wind
Then the healing can begin
Once we let pain out, we can let light and love in.
